I texted couple times asking for my car status, but no reply. I tried calling to my advisor, not could not find him - receptionist said he was busy. I texted asking for a ride back but no reply. I called the general service and she said that she can arrange a ride back for me but no ride came at all. I did not get a ride back to pickup my car. I used Uber ride back. I paid at the cashier and waited five minutes or so for my car come out. But I saw my car right at the back log but seems no one going to drive out at all - because I saw Toyota team members casual chatting right by the service appointment podium. So I went up to them and ask for my car. He looked at my receipt and try to locate it but I pointed my car for him instead. Then I decided walk to my car and just pick it up from the log myself instead. This is not my first time service my car there BUT this is the worse service I received ever. When a company getting big and out of management control, this is how the service quality went down. Piercey tried to dominate both Toyota and Honda on the same street but service quality may not able to maintain customers return for service again.
