One of the technicians broke a small finishing piece in my car. It was not reported, and luckily I discovered it before I left. Now, I have to return when the thing comes in, because it had to ordered. That sort of thing pisses me off!

- your prices are not reasonable, every where you pay ~$50 to change synthetic oil with free tire rotation. you asked me for more than $100 to do it, so I ended up to change oil only and costed me ~$70, this will be the last time to change the oil here.
- once I went home, by chance I saw the report saying that the car has (damage/leaks/corrosion) vapor vent hoses and no one told me about it when I picked up the car, I'm expecting someone telling me and give me advice if should I fix it urgently or not, and what is the impact.
overall I'm not satisfaction with your service, and this time it will be the last time for me

As I drove up to the dealership my car was making a very load and annoying rattle sound. Luckily Mr. Apple happened to be standing close to wear I stopped the car and heard the rattle. The sound would only surface occasionally and made it difficult for a service rep to hear on demand. Mr. Apple knew immediately what the issue was and had it resolved in a short amount of time.
