I originally had an appointment on Saturday June 1 for my maintenance and a free detail. At a previous maintenance, I was made to wait an additional 40 minutes after my car was done because the system was calling another person by the same name. So in apology, the Toyota representative Phil I think said he would offer a free detail. We made an appointment for June 1. I came in on that date and Wyman Apple proceeds to tell me that they don’t do details on the weekend. Only Monday through Friday. I ask that we go inside to resolve this instead of by my car. When we step inside he doesn’t address me and instead works with other customer for 10 minutes before telling me my options so I make a new appointment for Monday June 10. I come in early around 7:30 am and am told it should be done around 5. Wyman does text once to say if I have any question he’ll be happy answer. I receive a phone call saying there is a delay and if I would prefer picking my car up at 6 or the following morning. I state 6pm. I come to pick up my car at 6:05. I’m told by Wyman everything is done and go see the cashier. I go through the process with her and she calls for my car. I wait for pick up about 5 minutes when the person outside says my car isn’t ready and still being detailed. It would take another 20 minutes. I’m not one for anger but I’m extremely disappointed with this service. If my car wasn’t ready I wish Wyman would have told me before I had gone to the cashier and went through all the paperwork. I hope I’ve been detailed enough so you can see why I’m frustrated with this whole process and if people were upfront and honest it would mitigate your customer dissatisfaction.
