I had a really bad experience today. Arrived at the service department at 11:30 due to the tire pressure warning light was on. No one greeted me until 11:55. Cost me $203 to replace a brand new tire with a nail on it. Car was ready and parked outside the service area around 1:15; however, Dexter was out for lunch and no one bothered to inform me the car was ready. I asked repeatedly his coworker to release my car and finally got my car around 1:35 pm. I have never had such an unpleasant experience like this before in any dealerships I had dealt with in the past.
