I tried calling Reza couple of times after I refused to get the services done that he was recommending. May be he was not there. I also left a msg on his voice mail and also texted him through Piercey ‘s texting. But he did not respond. Not what I expected.

Appointment was at 1030. Was told to plan to be back by 12pm. Took shuttle to Great Mall. Driver told me they would contact me when vehicle was done and shuttle would pick me up at same spot. 1pm no call, no response to text message. Took Uber back. Was told by associate that if I had no call/text that my vehicle wasn’t ready. Waited another 20 mins. Asked associate if vehicle was done. Tells me it’s been done for a long time. Pick up truck and get all the way home. Text comes to tell me vehicle is ready.
