The service experience was great! The only thing that concerns me is that the last 2 times I went to Piercy for service I went to the cashier and she called for my car to be brought around. Last time I waited 13 minutes for my car and this time I waited 11 minutes for my car. Not a big deal but it seemed like a long time to bring a car around. What do you guys think?
