The work did not done well. They change the tire but after that they leave the around the tire and the rim. They dont clean the mess around it.

Was told that 15% by Brian Woods, Mgr. would be deducted from total bill (mainly for labor) $1316.05 when in fact only 10% or $131.61was deducted from it for $1193.44 total final bill. Also, explanations of work to be done by Mr. Apple were confusing.

Not sure what they did but nothing change when I tried to speed up. Lack of information. And I requested to fix my door locks they charging almost $200 to dialate the whole thing. He mentioned that all corolla’s are like that but its a factory defect they should do something. I will not pay $200 just to fix my doors.
