I gave my RAV4 hybrid for the first 5k mile service.
Good: pickup and drop service was great.
Bad: After clearing the cash section I need to wait 15 minutes outside to get the car. Someone said they are cleaning your car you will get it in 5 mins....Then I got the car but to my surprise no cleaning done.. I have asked one of the service person he said they used to clean but anymore....Here comes the worst part...the windshield and driver side was super dirty some sort of spray which I could make out only in the sun.Just because I came between some critical work I couldn't go back to service center right away to check.
