Wyman was very courteous and friendly. I appreciated he took the time to explain the extended warranty to me. He also had good customer service. However, the deliver person was not so courteous. He left my car in the service area without saying a thing. He should at least check to see if I was the owner of the vehicle before releasing to me but he did not. He left the engine on with a key inside the car and ran away. It just seems to me that he was careless.

When I came to the gate of service building and then asked the guy if I could park my car here early, since my appointment is 3:30pm and the time was 12:30pm. The man answered me very rudely, "sitting in the car and wait". I had made the appointment and left the message with my situation.
That day I also was at working, I want to take my for maintaining at my lunch time.
And then picked up the car at 5:30pm after my working.
