Check-in wait too long; had an appointment and still had to wait anout 35 mins to get checked in.
Pricing for routine services, alignmenr and fuel injection service are not competitive.

Reza always takes great care of my car and makes sure I do not overpay for services. He was able today when I brought my Prius in for what seemed like very premature replacement of my headlight again. He discovered I was entitled to refund from Toyota corp.for 4 previous replacements. I return to Piercy for service because of my appreciation for his excellent service.

Due to the lack of communication and updates from Reza I may be taking my business elsewhere. I don’t trust that I was being honest with. I didn’t appreciate being told information 10 minutes prior to him being off work and having to rush to get my stuff out of my car because it was being kept overnight. I didn’t appreciate waiting for Reza to finish smoking his cigarette before helping me and then telling us he was late for his daughters birthday. The customer service part of his job is lacking. I paid for a repair without an explanation other than I don’t know how this happens and I added the tax to your bill. This should make for a good social media sharing.

The center piece of my wheel lock set wasn’t returned when I picked up my car. Viet Bach was kindly to promise to follow up with me with the replacement. I need new tires anytime soon but Viet only works Fri, Sat, and Sun. I drive everyday and I concern what if I have flat tire before the replacement comes? Please help on the issue ASAP! Thank you!
