I had an appt for service and waited over 35 minutes before being helped. I received a text from what I thought was the advisor stating to communicate through text with him and received a video with recommendations from the tech. I gave instructions on what to do. I received no response. I then asked what time vehicle would be ready and still received no response. I went down to pick up the vehicle and advisor said he is not on that system. I waited an additional 45 minutes before vehicle was ready
