I do not want to be contacted but my father and I were not pleased with the service we received. The gentleman who helped us did not seem to know much about my car although he had the information on his screen.He was stating that my car was a hybrid and my car is not, and that it would need to have a filter changed that is located behind back seat and we informed him again my car is not a hybird and my dad a retired mechanic as well! He then also looked under hoid and stated there was a bad leak and oil all over which there was not and I had my car worked on just recently and nothing reported then as well as my level low or spots where i park my car! He then tried to say we wouldnt see it and my father asked well then where would it go and how did u just look and see it all? He was trying to push too much for more services to be done and offered very different numbers and deductions for them. I felt he wanted to try to prove my father wrong in some areas and even I knew it did not make sense. His card says assistant service manager yet i dont think he knows his job very well. Not pleased.
