Sold a service i certainly did not think was needed. Tried to cancel immediately after leaving on the toyota courtesy shuttle plus emailed the advisor but no response. Might be good for dealership and might even be SOP to try and sell these services but hate for a customer to leave feeling that he was ripped off. I have 3 toyota service centers closer to me than piercey but i take my business to piercey so getting ripped off ****.

I’ve been here before for amazing service always had someone give me just give me my maintain e check and go over the things with my car always asked if I wanted to wait here or wanted a shuttle ride to somewhere didn’t get none of that, what I got was over reassured about my crack on my windshield as if I didn’t notice it myself and kept talking about my my miles yes i know i drive to schools and work I didn’t feel comfortable and he kept pushing me to get N expensive service I understand my car needs it but I wouldn’t get from someone who kept picking at me about my windshield and my miles and made me feel uncomfortable! I’ll take my car else where but thank you to the other worker who helped me with a coupon !! Appreciate it
