Need some explanation on what should be done in the next service. The video sent to me by technician explained too fast. I was going to ask the advisor but he went home relatively early during the day.
It is important to provide a next step summary in words for the regular customer. It would be easy for you to track as well. In case we forget we can always refer it to know what service we need for next time.

Had to wait for about 20 minutes for check-in. I was waiting there and no one even talked to me. Not much of a friendly place. Advisor and shuttle driver were nice. Work done is fine.

I wish, there was some respect given to customers’ time.
I was told I will get my car back at 1 PM and waited for 1.45 hrs on the top of it. Finally, got the car at 2.45 PM.
The rep could have texted me at 12.45 saying the car couldn’t be ready at 1 PM.
Basics of customer service...disappointing.
