I took my car to have an oil change done but that did not happened I called him two hours later to let him know that no oil change was done he told me that the service he offered did no include an oil change I paid 57 dollars for something I thought was an oil change included but the paper I sign did say no oil change required at this time my mistake for not reading the invoice etc
I am the customer If I take my car for an oil change that should be performed that was the reason I went there if he offer something else that is ok if I accepted but he can’t make decision for me because he believe I don’t need to have that done at this time I believe if I request to get an oil change that should be done
