my service adviser was excellent however when it was time to pick up the vehicle it took almost 30 mins for me to get my vehicle from the time i signed the papers from the cashier..guys that were getting the cars from the garage to the owners asked me 3 different times and each time they failed to bring the car out..30 mins is too long to wait just to pick it up after service..if i can give negative stars i would
