When I originally made the appointment, I was told it would be 4-5 hours to install the Apple CarPlay. When I arrived this morning, Ricardo was extremely helpful and said he thought it he could get it done in two hours. I told my wife she didn’t have to come get me, and it was completed in one hour and 45 minutes!

Reza doesn't listen well or communicate enough with the customer. He scheduled a shuttle pick up without confirming with me. I wasn't home. He was nice enough to reschedule it even though I was in San Jose, but I had to wait 1 and a half hours outside, and he didn't tell me it was a Lyft.

is not always easy to find or trust anyone or an expert automobile mechanics in a car dealership much more in any car repair or maintenance shops. However, if you find someone that is very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and customer and service oriented person I and the rest of the customers will be so delighted and please.
