I came in because a screw was in my tire and was advised that it is not repairable. I purchased the tire at this dealership last June and was not informed that Toyota has roadside hazard tire replacement and just found out right now as I did my research. Instead, I was advised to change all of my four tires. What a great way to take advantage of a long time customer!
