Went to toyota today to complete my transaction from momday. I called to make appt lady told me to go in before 12pm dont need appt. I get there was waiting 1.5 I had to go. Monday I wanted 3 hrs just for oil change and they found a water pump leak. This is the reason i went in today. Bad service lady should of told me they are busy and I would need to wait. I would of made appt for this. This is so annoying I always go to wheel works for service on my cars should if gone there in the r first place.
