almost 15 HOURS of labor was charged to replace 2 front lower arm suspension only! Very unreasonable. Did research and found out actually only takes less than 3hrs to replace both. The breakdown of quote was never presented to me during estimate by the adviser. It’s the biggest rip off. Also charged for un-requested alignment. Considering to file a consumer complaint.

I'm glad that our Tpyota Sienna was fixed, but I am not happy with the amount we were charged. I appreciate that pur service rep, Reza, provided me a discount, but having to pay $4,500 is astronomical. The cost for labor was about $2,700+ alone. I accept the cost for the parts, but labor costs that Piercy Toyota charges is ludicrous.
My wife and I were planning on purchasing a Toyota Highlander in 2020, but after being charged $4,500 (control arm, spark plugs & alternator) is unbelievable. We'll be considering purchasing a Honda/Acura from here on out.
I received great service, but the prices that Piercy Toyota charges its customers is truly unacceptable. Shame on you Piercy Toyota.
