Jazz was excellent. Pickup was excellent. Drop off of car was not. We dropped at 5:00pm Sunday, for early drop off for a Monday appointment. No service attendent greeted us. Walked in to service area where 6 or so service advisors were chatting with themselves and no customers. Waited a bit but no one piped up, so i asked one to help us out. Eventually, they did and gave us a form to fill.

Reza Khan provided me the best service experience that I ever had.
Although the maintenance for this time was most expensive car maintenance
in my life, this was the most satisfied car maintenance in my life because:
- My and my wife's concerned symptoms (we had have years with my car),
which other Toyota dealer was not able to find out a cause of (just told
me everything was good), was finally resolved !!
(my car is perfectly good now)
- I received kind, comfortable and professional service from him.
For instance, he gave me very clear explanations to me about issues that
my car has, what need to be done how for those issues, and how much time
it would take and why. Although I'm not so familiar with details of a car,
he rephrased his explanations for me to understand and he gave me his
explanations having me actually see the part in problem of my car.
Anyway, I am very happy thanks to him even with the very expensive payment.
I really appreciate his help.
