Diana was great. After the initial maintenance was taken care of the car was ready at the time she estimated. However the car had to be kept longer because the tires needed to be changed. Diana said it would take another 3-4 hours but it was over 5 hours to get my car. I'm sure there are reasons for the delay that were out of Diana's control. I was very satisfied with her customer service

Everything went well and accurate. It’s a nice feeling a Service Advisor is willing to listen on what I have to say for real. I had encountered some advisors on on dealership near where I live but all they care about is business. Like, I m not done explaining on what’s happening to my car, the Advisor will stop me and starts saying “oh yeah, oh yeah!” Krishneel Sharma, took the time on what I have to say and that’s a great feeling. I have owned the vehicle for just over a year and only 7500 miles, and Feel the repairs my new vehicle has needed, is of great concern to me. If at only 7500 miles it has needed major repairs what do I have to look forward to.

there is a problem with vehicle blind spot monitor that should be cover by warranty and service manager told me that my vehicle was involved in a collision and taken to a body shop?. I told service manager that my vehicle hasn’t been involved in a collision let alone taken to a body shop. He did not believe me. Now I’m concerned that vehicle was sold to me with this problem. This is not my first Toyota and is really sad that a loyal customer is been treated this way.
