I had a negative experience with the service today and felt like I left with no peace of mind. I received a haggle from the service advisor regarding services that I prepaid for. We didn't receive an offer for a shuttle ride nor were we informed of the wait time after my husband went over to check with him three times. There was no pass down when the car was ready. We as in my husband and I had to go to another service advisor for help. In the past we had never encountered such poor services. We can be reached at ****-****-xxxx

I don’t like the Service Advisor behavior, its way too bad to have a customer experience from your store.
He never put me on ride share kept me waiting for 45 minutes and tell me some **** story how the system works.. which is way wrong.
He is not recommending to get services he is pushing and kind of threatening to get what I need on the vehicle
He has a rude attitude and smoke smell coming from him directly.
