Service wise it was solid as it always is. However it is ridiculous how long it takes to get checked in. Today the line was out on to the street. This seems to be constant. There needs to be a more fluent system in checking people in. Also it always seems forever for the person to bring my car around. The last time it took multiple people to find my car. This time it was me and another person. I got my car last. The person at the counter radioed for the car to be brought out. However another person looked at my service report and then got my car. So the radio didn’t work obviously. Just frustrated because picking up and dropping off the car is like pulling teeth

Miguel was in so hurry that he didn’t give me time to speak what all I want to be done with my vehicle. When I was explaining about vehicle, he left before I completed. I asked him to replace one fog light but he said electrical inspection has to be done it will cost $190.

My advisor was very helpful and acting quickly on my car’s problem. Even though I was disappointed the Toyota’ quality for new car (just 3 years) already has battery damaged and needed to change the new one. I am not going to buy new car with Toyota. There’s no point to buy a new car and needs to fixed it like a second hand used car or even worse.
