Establish a better system for your facility to intake and assist customers who are arriving for service. Provide better overall customer service and take a moment out of your day to describe what services will be done and address each customer as if it is their first time receiving service at your facility (as it was my first experience at the facility and it was very poor). I expected more from the staff and management at your facility.
