Waited long to get seen and i had an appointment. My service advisor kept forcing me to purchase service that I didn’t need. Finally, it took forever to get my car after my service advisor said it would be ready.
I am very close to Stevens Creek Toyota but I prefer Piercey. This time around I will have to recommend and go to Stevens Creek instead.

This time the service take too long. Even I did make appointment. I saw my car done and parking in the front door but no body send me the message or call pick up. Wait until I come up to ask. What’s happening if I not come up to ask how long more I need to wait?
