Bad customer service. I was supposed to wait their for oil change and service rep said it will take 3 hours or more. I had an appointment and they said they are too busy but still kept taking customers without appointments. I had to change my schedule because of the delay. Shuttle ride was delayed. Cost of tire rotation was ridiculous. I have been going to the dealership for past 7 years and this will be the last visit. Worst customer service.
