Mike was great!
Only issue was getting picked up by courtesy van Toyota App said arriving about 30 min. Took over an hour. Driver called to confirm about 15 min. after I was to be picked up. Driver said he was told to drop off 2 other people before me so was delayed. There was no way for me to know he was delayed since Toyota's ride App does not update the real time. Would be great if it did.

Right after picking up my truck I took to my truck to my local auto repair shop, where I asked for their opinion on your recommendations. They put my truck up on the rack, immediately they pointed out I had oil all over the plate that is under the oil drain. They indicated that whoever just changed my oil did not remove the plate and also did not bother to clean up the oil they spilled. Very shady of Piercey...you have lost a customer forever.
