When I first drove up I was told the tires needed to be rotated front to back. I was told it would be plus 49.99 for this and after some deliberation said yes. Later was encouraged to buy new tires which I chose not to do. When the car was done with the service I found out the mechanic chose not to rotate the tires. Something like 13.00 was deducted from the additional 49.95 cost with no tire work done. I was not happy with this failure experience.
