Paid whatever they did to my car and the cashier called my car in, but waited for my car to pull in for almost 40mins, had to talk to another personnel to bring my car around, thing was hey were calling it in but nobody was responding or acknowledging the call so they just throw it in there even nobody was answering back!

My car is in complete disarray. I came in for a simple oil change and left with a car that’s not driveable! The engine shakes the temperature of the car goes to zero and engine light was on right when I received my car after the oil change. The parts were probably opened and wasn’t put back together well. As of now my car is not driveable. I come in for a simple oil change but left with a non functional car I can’t drive it anywhere now
