Price is not communicated well to me

Patel was awesome. Car was timely and service was great.

Jas provided great customer service as I was dropping off the car early in the morning. It was a smooth computer transaction.

Miguel is very nice person he was smiling all of the service period.

The lack of communication between the service advisor and service technician is unprofessional. Also, keeping the customer updated with the progress of their vehicle while waiting can be improved. I had a service appointment at 2pm and was notified via text message at 3:36 that my vehicle was done with the oil change. Patel then notified me letting me know that the service technicians have three recommendations to be done. Patel stated that it would be worked on right away if I wanted the recommendations to be completed. I agreed to have the service technicians proceed with working on my vehicle. After 1 hour and 20 minutes go by, no update from the service advisor. I walked to the service center to check if I see my vehicle was being worked on. Frustrated at this point to see my car around the building parked when I was told my car would be worked on right away. I notified Patel and he didn’t know why my car wasn’t being worked on. I had to wait another hour and a half in order for my vehicle to be finished. I dropped my car off at 2pm and didn’t leave till 6:20pm. Unbelievable! Every time I get my car serviced from Piercey Toyota is it the worst experience ever and I truly regret buying a Toyota because of my experience with their service departments. Piercey Toyota I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and every time I get my vehicles serviced I am left unhappy with the unprofessional customer service with their technicians, advisors, and service department managers!

I’m not satisfied because to me, the cost was too high and it took so long to get my car problem fixed even though I had an appointment. With or without appointment, I still have to wait for several hours

Krish was awesome. It was my first visit for service- I had to wait long but it was the non appointment line so understood. Once Krish got to me he explained how it works and my options to keep my car well maintained for its longevity. He also called me a lot sooner than expected when it was ready.
