Another excellent service by Piercey Toyota and Hong Ly. She takes care of all 5 of my Toyota’s. They vary from 5000 miles to almost 200,000 miles. She helps keep them going and she is honest and very knowledgeable. Service with inter integrity and honesty.

Everyone was RUDE! One thing that pissed me off was when I got a text that my car was ready and it wasn’t there! The guys took a while to find it. Standing in the cold for a good 20mins... I asked viet a question and he told to call Toyota Fremont because that’s were I brought the car from... All Toyota’s aren’t y’all the same I was so confused...? I just choose to go here because it’s closer to home. Because you seem unwelcoming I’ll just drive future next time.

Raymond Nunez was superbly efficient and customer service friendly guy. I have no doubt he deals with the same level of kindness, patience and efficiency to most or all of his Toyota customers not just me. He is exceptionally good and deserves recognition, praises for a job well done.
