Yes, my service from Ray was 5 star! He rates a 10 plus!!!’
BUT this is not a yes no question. I had an appointment for 10:30 but had to wait 20-25 minutes to be checked in. Then I was sent a video of my car check up but it was worthless as I could hear what the tech was saying, even with volume full up.
I am not a fan of the new waiting room set up. Liked the option of a few love seats. Single seats is awkward
I was greatly annoyed with the fact that you, TOYOTA sent us a “gift” card for the holidays that is worthless as I have no need to pay for services right now or buy a new car, BUT I surely would have liked to purchase something in the parts area which is prohibited. This is not a cool thing to do. First, you waste money on printing these up and second I can’t utilize it, so into the landfill it goes. Not happy holidays.
NOW, I know you rate Ray on points of yes or no and that is hopefully not true. As he is top notch. It is the other things that are not good and need working on. Ray is fantastic!
