Customer service with Krish was satisfactory up until our vehicle ended up having to stay over night for completion and turned over to Patel who we were told was going to give us a call by 12p the following day regarding our vehicle. 12p passed, by 1230p-1245p we hadn't received a call yet from Patel, so decided to get dropped off to follow up and pick up our much needed vehicle for the day, come to find out that the time stamped on receipt of possible completion of our vehicle services was as of 12:07p but never got a call from Patel or any advisor for that matter. Otherwise, Krish was very informative and communicative at the beginning of the process.

But I went to store A littler late like 9am, they denied they
Told me about that. I have to go back home and came second time.
If they told me because I did I not get there as early as 8:00am, so I cannot be served without appointments. I am ok.
Or if they told me some one gave wrong message, I am ok.
But they deny they told me about that,which makes me very unhappy. That denies the fact I experienced.

The ASM Jasvir “Jazz” had terrible customer service. I explained to him that I was there for my oil change only, my husband does all my other work. I feel like once I told him this he could care less about me or my vehicle. He told me my vehicle would be ready by 12pm. At 12:30 I texted me, as he suggested I do if I had any problems/questions. 20 minutes later after not getting a response, I called his direct number. He answered, I asked if my vehicle was ready, he said “yes in 10 minutes” I told him I could head down. His answer “yup”. So rude! As as side note when I dropped my car off and was inside the reception area, 2 ASM’s were taking about a Trump rally the day before and one of the ASM’s said “I would have knocked him the F@%k out”. So unprofessional and very disrespectful. Needless to say...I won’t be back to Piercey. This dealership is leas than a mile from my house but I would rather drive into Fremont than return to Piercey!!!
