Mike called me in advance to let me know that he needed my car for the full day because of a recall. I was very glad about that because I had to reschedule my appointment because I needed my car the day I really was going to take it in. And my car was ready before the time that I thought.

Due to the pandemic; The only thing that stood out was the lack of wiping down common used areas for example the seats & table tops. I did notice the bathrooms had a scheduled cleaning & sanitized maintenance . Not sure if the technicians wore protective masks or gloves or wiped down the the interior of my car after completing the service,
I did like the videos of the car inspection, but was difficult to hear & understand what was being said.
The service rep explained things that zI was was to understand. He was very professional in keeping me informed of the status of the car. It was easy & smooth experience from booking an appointment to check out
