Horrible experience! I was scheduled for a 9:30am appt and did not receive vehicle till about 4:30pm. I was a patient customer and was very easy going I expected tp be treated with respect and honesty. Seems that was not the case. I only made one request and that was to be transparent regarding possible time my car would be ready. I didn’t call and waited till my vehicle was ready. I scheduled a shuttle pick up which stated that the earliest time available was for 3:56pm. Well I found myself waiting outside until 4:20pm and no one came. I called my advisor and they would send a lyft car. The car was sent to wrong address and I had to yet call once more all while waiting outside like the fool Toyota made me out to be. The lyft finally arrive, I had asked to have my car and paperwork ready because I was beyond upset, dissatisfied and disappointed. Car was not ready and had to wait yet another 10min. How is it that it took 7hrs to do a recall on my vehicle. If the paperwork provided to me is correct how is that I had a 930am appt and car was not worked on until 1:10pm. I had no transportation and had two children at home. I was waiting to hear back from Toyota yet I was the one that had to reach out to find out the status of my vehicle! It was so frustrating. No one apologized for a mistake that was clearly made on your behalf. Service was honestly disappointing and worst experience I’ve had.
