The driver of my truck from the back went really fast and was unsafe in my truck both when I got there and when I left. I did not like seeing my vehicle being misused by the employees. Also I was contacted saying I needed new brakes which was all good and fine but was not called when it was time to pick up my car. I had to call to check on it. I tried to text a few times with no response. I have had good experiences with you guys before so I will give you another chance, but you are far away from me I come all the way from boulder creek ca which is a 45 to 120 min drive. And to see my car driven the way it was made me really upset!

They seemed very honest, only performed what was needed didn’t try to sell me anything else. I also bought a back brace and 2 neck pillows and the service was fast. Someone was cleaning the whole 2 hours I was there.

Hello, I understand since the Covid-19, things will never be the same, everything has changed. A big learning curve for everyone! So I hope you can take my experience and learn from the mistakes to make other customers have a better experience! I make an appointment online for a smog check and service with Walter Yamamoto. What I got was a 9:40am appointment and Walter not being there that day! Instead got a nice Assistant Service Manager Diana Gonzalez, she was very helpful. But an hour later. There was no smog inspector working that day! WOW, really! Asked if I can reschedule an appointment for a day the smog inspector will be in? Yes, next day. Next day, 9:30am. Met with Diana, she said it would take around 2 hours. About an hour later, my car was on the other side next to the service out exit. So the smog was finished, but the technician forgot to do the service. That took another hour, which was fine, wasn't in any rush. Diana found called and texted me, car was ready, 12:00 noon. Get my paperwork and head to the cashier. Showed my paperwork to the service valet, waited 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes... lost my car. I know the car is old, but really? Not everyone drives a 2020 Camry! I am not an ****, I know things can go wrong, I am not going to point fingers and I would really not want anyone to get into trouble!! Just try to find a solution and fix the problems!! More than likely I will be back to bring in my Solara for a smog in a few months, But I think I will call and make an appointment. A little history on me and Piercey Toyota. I stated going to Piercey when I bought my new Toyota Corolla 1980, the service attendant was Kevin Bettencourt. I have been his friend every since. And a loyal fan of Piercey Toyota. Take care and be safe!!!
