Both of my front struts was leaking & the technician recommended to replace both of them . However; the dealer just approved to replace just only on the driver side only . I am so disappointed the resolve.

Appointment was the issue with over head interior light which was never resolved technician blame an aftermarket alarm was causing the problem though this alarm is factory Toyota installed, he suggested to take it back to dealership where i bought the truck from. They also performed 5 K service without my consent. Completely waste of time because 5K service has been done prior.

I was totally satisfied with my experience 10/10. The video made about the multipoint inspection was very cool.
The only thing that would make it better would be contactless check out with the cashier. Could I possibly sign paperwork through my phone ? And have the receipt emailed to me ? That would be amazing. Thank you.

Ricardo’s service was excellent. My only complaint was with the person who released the car when the service was completed. He opened the door and as I was approaching to get in the car, he sneezed twice near the inside of the driver side. He was wearing a mask. With COVARIS 19, I thought it was not appropriate. No apologies.
