I scheduled an appointment to have new tires installed. I was informed that there was also a recall on my vehicle. I was told they would not be able to finish my vehicle and they would call me the next day at 10am so I could pick up my truck. Nobody called, so I called at 2pm. Lady said my truck was finished and arranged a shuttle. Another gentleman called back and said it wasn’t done, and won’t be done until the next day. He said he would call in the morning, but he didn’t. I called at 3pm, and still had to wait for an update. I finally got my truck at 4pm. Terrible customer experience.
