Not satisfied at all. I called a day before to schedule an appointment. I had a 9:30am appointment when I got there I was told I did not have an appointment, I showed her my confirmation email. No estimate time given, I asked for an update about 3 different times and I was never updated. The tires were not touched.
And no car wash, FALSE Advertisement. Super unsatisfied

Shuttle driver seemed a bit rushed. My driving habits are such that I ease off the accelerator to coast towards a stop sign or stop light. That's why my brakes are still good and original, as I still haven't changed pads yet. The shuttle van will probably need a set of brake pads soon.
