Upon arriving for my appointment I made a week in advance, Purval told me it would he a 2 and a half hour wait. Was extremely frustrated. I asked why it would take that long even though I had an appointment. Purval blamed the corona virus for his inability to effectively schedule appointments.
Fortunately, it only took around an hour to complete.
I was extremely frustrated with Purval's poor communication. Would not recommend.

It did take a while to complete a minor maintenance as the car was promised to be done in 2 hrs and it took more than that due to a recall that cannot be addressed immediately due to the availability of the technician. And one more important thing, your maintenance team forgot to reset the Maint Reqd warning light again for the second consecutive time. But I’m happy with the maintenance done as the steering wiggle disappeared after the tire balancing. Also, I marked my tires and saw the tires were indeed rotated. Great and honest job!

Mistakenly put my service appt on a wrong day, after explained the situation to the service rep, he was able to accommodate our appt.
This is the 2nd time at this dealer for service, I believed under the service contract includes free car wash; however both times were told no car wash available
