I have appointment at 10am due to faster way to get a service of my oil change, it’s takes me 2 hours of waiting and nothing was done until,I check my vehicle inside the shop and my vehicle still wait list parked, I called the service technician inside the shop and ask if the vehicle done, and the technician said nothing done yet . I immediately ask who assisted me and ask that vehicle still in wait list, right after , he spoked with technician to change the oil immediately and its stake about 15-20 minutes.We understood the COVID-19 situation perhaps that is the reason why I made my appointment to get the vehicle is done.
He needs to follow through the technician if vehicle in process to get the oil change, however,he handle calm the situation in the last transaction and am satisfied for being calm even though am little bit upsets.
The service technician manager. I get him 4 non satisfactory, he doesn’t know how to handle customers in that situation.

My advisory did not discuss what I’m paying for... He did not let me know car is ready out side and the bills was already in the casher.. He know I’m waiting , I’m waited for 7 hour for the service today..He left home, with out checking what’s going on . He never wonder why I’m still by my self every body left in the waiting area. He saw me and I saw him talking to his co-worker, I intend to ask but I decide to wait his signal to let me know to go to casher to pay.., This experience today is much different from other times,, every time I had service I dont give comment , Because I’m satisfied with the service from the advisory..I salute Brian Woods .
