Service advisor didn’t know how to operate the brake controls of the car, they must know how exactly to hey operate to be able to show customers.

They were completely clueless with the shuttle. I was made to wait for a shuttle that is not available today. They arranged for a Lyft, but it was too late as I have to go to work. It also took time for me to get the car. They paged it but no one is getting it. I have to find it myself in the parking lot and wait for someone to see me to open the key box. Bradley is not communicative, and felt I was a nuisance to him.
