Petal was pretty courteous and he did get back to us when we had questions on the pricing of the tires. Well actually we were not too sure if we had gotten the right price either. When we picked up my car, the brand new tires didn’t look that brand new. We were told those were glues and the attendant did take it back and washed it off for us. When I changed tired at American Tires before, they would clean them up nicely and put some Armorall or something to make them shiny. That is the part I was not happy about.

I came into get my air bag fixed dropped off the car and 20 minutes later they called and told me to come get the car. They had to order the air bag part. My husband had followed me out to drop off the car and now we had to travel back to get the car. He dropped me off to get my unfixed car and it took 3 service men to ask me three times if I had been helped to get my car. Completely disorganized. I don’t think it was ****fault but the trip was unnecessary. Jeanne G
