They kept trying to get me to authorize more work on the car. 1) wheel alignment then 2) spark plugs then 3) new shocks. I just don't trust them anymore with the truth

1- I was supposed to get the 15K service which Includes tires rotation. However, the box was not checked. I called the supervisor who was managing my service and left a message but didn’t receive a call back. I called other representatives and they took my message which states that I want my car to get inspected again to verify if the tires need rotation. They said they will have someone call me back, but again no one called.
2- When I came back to pick my car I was supposed to ride with a technician so they can learn about the concern I had regarding the whistling sound I hear but when I arrived I was told to come back later as technicians left already.

When it came time for me to pick up my car, he made sure arrangements were made and I didn’t have to second guess if I had to call for a ride back to Piercey Toyota. Appointment was at 8:40am, got there at 8:35am, 2 we’re in front of the line. No service adviser come out till 9:00. Cars kept coming in till the line got all the way to the street. I went inside and confront the adviser. There was 4 of them with no customers at the service desk. They didn’t even apologize but told me to go back to my truck and wait for them to come out. If that’s the kind of customer service that you guy doing, I’ll take my service somewhere else.
