I was misquoted for service. I was told the battery would be $180. Then when I called with questions so I could arrange to have it done they told me it’s a mistake and it’s really $325 plus tax. Also they said in the notes that I refused the battery and I never did. I had not made my mind up yet but now I’m very upset and unhappy. And I don’t feel like I can trust Pearcy Toyota.

I had a bad experience with the shuttle van driver who gave me a ride back to the dealership. First of all, he did not wear his mask properly and exposed his nose. I was very worried about the potential COVID-19 infection. He also did quick starts and turns that made me nauseous. This is the first time that I have a bad experience with Piercey Toyota service.

In 08/19/2020,at 3:30pm. My name is Nguy?n nguyen my car sienna Toyota 2017 , I replace fog light assembly I paid 374 .06 for the whole fog lamp assembly. I required supervisor to return my whole old fog lamp to me but he only gave the cover of lamp without light and electric wire. I insisted that they did replayed all whole my new right fog lamp or the cover of lamp only. Please explain to me
