Great service at **** Toyota at Milpitas. Ricardo, my advisor, was knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy to get recommeded service. The service I received at **** was so much better compared to Sunnyvale Toyota. At Sunnyale, every time the advisor there would ask me to respond to survey and ask me to rate his service nothing less than 10 out of 10, but i never received their survey, perhaos because i expressed reservation about their service not being up to par. I felt this was vey unprofessional and unethical. At Percey, the focus was on customer service and not asking customer to give them best rating. Going forward, I will go to **** Toyota for my car service even though its more far away from where I live conpared to Sunnyvale Toyota.

Diana Gonzalez was unprofessional. She had a rude tone in speaking. I did not feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer in the dealership. I felt her goal was to charge me for the package maintenance service and any other recommended services without taking the needed time to explain the issues. I am not coming back to this dealership again. I worked with other Toyota advisors in other locations; what a huge difference in customer service.
