I only have one comment.
After picking up my car after the service, it took me a while to find my car key. I normally expected it would be in the ignition key slot, but it was not there. After searching around, I found the key on the floor of passenger seat (underneath the floor mat). I don't know if it was left there carelessly or is it your new policy that you no longer leave key in the ignition key slot??
