Total time took 10min for scheduled oil change not sure exactly what they did. They did not even check the tire pressure. I had to get it done in a gas station. Never come again to this service station for both of my prius cars..

My advisor today was Mr. Michael Jiminez. He was so helpful. The last time I came in for service Jodi told me that I had to do many things the next time I brought in for service. I asked Mr. Jiminez for a recommendation of what I should do today. I took his advice and then I need to make another appointment to get the other thing done. When I paid my bill the person at the Cashier counter told me that Mr. Jiminez was the manager. Wow, thank you for all your help.
