Very pleased that the recall on the front passenger side was so quickly rectified. Jodi Gailey, my advisor, has taken good care of me and my Matrix for several years. I was sorry to learn that she wil be leaving. I was grateful that she introduced me to another advisor to take care of my car in the future. My Matrix is my first Toyota vehicle and I love it!!!

It is always disappointing to be told that I need to ask for a VIP car wash, after spending an additional 4,000 on a service plan and extended warranty to 100k miles. At the same time be told not to have a vehicle alignment as part of the coverage plan as well. What does it really cover for the additional money?

Service technician was very thorough in finding problems with my vehicle. Hurt my wallet a little but at the same time I'm glad the problems were found and fixed. I read he attempted fixing and/or cleaning the part rather than the more costly total replacement however it was not salvageable.
My truck is 14 years old so some wear on parts is inevitable - 1st time to fix problem. Thank you Piercey for keeping my truck in perfect running condition and keeping me safe on the roadways.
